Edinburgh has really high mountains, and so my friends and I decided to go up to the top. I didn't realize how hard and scary it was to walk through the narrow paths while the cold wind hit us.
I remember telling myself that If I ever came back to Edinburgh, I would never EVER do this walk again! But when I finally made it, I guess my attitude changed. I felt so lucky and so alive that I just started jumping. I didn't even realize how exhausted I was because I was just too happy to be there.
I was pretty active as a kid, but never really fit in to team sports. Then I
found Tricking, which is a combination of Martial Arts and Gymnastics,
and haven't looked back.
I've always liked the idea of pushing boundaries,
whether it's through my body or the movement as a whole.
This sparked an interest in juxtaposing different
movements and disciplines together - in this case
Tricking and Basketball.
